Nick Jones serves as the President of Jones Development, where he leads all aspects of development, operations, financing and investment activities. With a hands-on approach, Nick guides the company’s strategic direction, fostering strong relationship with brokers, occupiers, capital partners, and other key stakeholders. He is actively involved in structuring deals and exploring financing partnerships to drive the company’s success.

With over twenty years of experience in industrial real estate development, finance, and investment, Nick brings a deep industry knowledge and a results-driven mindset to his role. He operates with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, believing in seizing opportunities quickly while remaining committed to thorough preparation and consistency.  Nick believes current disruptions in the real estate marketplace as a chance for the company to pursue new opportunities.

Nick graduated from University of Kansas. Outside of work, Nick values time with his wife, Kate, and their three children, who keep them busy with their many interests. He enjoys traveling, playing golf with family and friends, and volunteering and is an avid Royals, Chiefs and Jayhawks fan!
