Nick Jones, President of Jones Development, participates in all phases of development projects including site due diligence, cost estimation, financial analysis, site acquisition through construction completion and ultimately, disposition or financing of the asset.

 

Nick has nearly twenty years of experience in a variety of areas within the real estate development industry. Over the years, Nick has been involved in the development, planning or sale of more than one hundred projects, totaling nearly 20,000,000 square feet, with an aggregate value exceeding $2 billion.

Embracing a true hardworking spirit, Nick operates under the philosophy of striking as soon as an opportunity arises. He couples that ambition with diligent preparation and consistency. Nick believes current disruptions in the real estate marketplace only create new opportunities for the company to pursue.
 

In 2009, Nick was named by Kansas City’s Ingram’s magazine as one of twenty up- and-coming professionals in their 20’s to watch. He is a licensed salesperson in both Missouri and Kansas. Nick earned a Bachelor of General Studies in Communication Studies with a Business Emphasis from the University of Kansas.

 

Nick and his wife, Kate have three children, who keep them busy with their many interests.  Nick enjoys traveling, golf, time with his family and is avid Royals, Chiefs and Jayhawks fan!
